Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, you patience is appreciated when shipping your order. I will make weekly trips to the post office to minimize my interactions with others.

All items are steamed prior to being packaged (with clean hands and the least possible contact)!

Return shipping
-In the case that an item must be returned for a refund or exchange, make contact to discuss the proper course of action before before sending them item.
-Items that arrive unexpectedly will not be accepted as a return, and any request for shipping payment will be refused.

Delivery confirmation and insurance
-If you have specific delivery confirmation or insurance needs for your package please read the carrier policies to see what is offered, and select your shipping method based on that.

Refund Policy

Due to my items being extremely limited (ie, one-of), items purchased will be a final sale. Please do your diligence to read the entire description of the garments you wish to purchase to make sure the size is correct. The measurements listed are of the garment laying flat, NOT the body measurements it will fit. If you have ANY questions regarding how much a garment will stretch or if you are uncertain if it will fit you I am MORE THAN HAPPY to assist you in navigating buying my clothing online! PLEASE REACH OUT PRIOR TO MAKING THE PURCHASE!

However, as I strive for joy in my life I also do everything I can to pass good vibes onto those I connect with- SO if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason PLEASE let me know and I will do what I can to rectify the situation, and if that means letting your return something for exchange or refund I am willing to discuss and option that will help create satisfaction in your purchase.

In the case of an agreed return the purchaser is required to pay for the cost of shipping of the purchase unless otherwise agreed by the shop due to shop error for example.

Shop will refund payments within 10 days. The time limit begins once you have received your item, so if you are unsatisfied please let me know ASAP!
